Your child already possesses the most powerful emotional tool, but they need to know how to use it effectively to help them.
Children aren't automatically programmed knowing the coping skills they need to handle challenging situations and big emotions.  These skills are acquired through consistent practice.  
 
Our children's meditation cards are a large-sized deck (3.5" x 5.75") of 45 deep breathing/meditation cards designed to provide valuable coping skills, reduce stress, and create inner peace and mindfulness.  The exercises were specially created and tested to provide many benefits to your child now, and as they grow through their teen years and into adulthood. Also, included is a handy instruction card and tips for parents.

Start the day with strength

Creating a healthy morning routine is an essential part of starting the day on a positive note.  When everyone is rushed, snappy, and wound up, the rest of the day can be impacted in a negative way.  Our children's deep breathing cards can provide a healthy morning habit to foster mindfulness, increase inner peace, and transform negative thoughts into positive ones.  

Reduce anger

Children have some pretty big emotions that they aren't naturally equipped to handle.  Anger is one of those emotions that can cause large expressions that can also be hard for you to handle as a parent or teacher.  Though anger doesn't feel good inside, it's actually a healthy emotion and one that may need a coping skill to work through.  Our cards teach children the power of breath control to help dissolve frustration, regulate anger, and garner mindfulness.  By having your child practice with our activity cards in moments they are calm, they will be more equipped to use them in moments where they are anything but calm.  We suggest hanging or taping the cards in a calm down area where your child can relax and reset through their breath.

Provide mindfulness

A mindful child is a happy child!  The mind and body aren't always connected.  In fact, there's a lot of times the mind wanders into the past or future and isn't present for a moment.  The mind can be too full to be mindful.  Our meditation cards help to sync the mind with the body, calmly bring attention to the moment, and approach the time with acceptance.  Being mindful takes practice, even for us adults.  Learning how to be mindful at a young age gives a child the chance to become incredibly skilled in their practice.  Help your children gain a wealth of benefits at the moment and far into the future.

End the day with serenity

Bedtime struggles aren't easy.  At the end of a long day, your child needs rest, and you do, too.  When it's time for the active day to wind down and restfulness to start, breathing exercises provide a beautiful transition.  Add a healthy habit to the end of your day.  Adding one or two deep breathing exercises to a bedtime routine can result in less resistance to rest and improved sleep function throughout the night.  Carve in just five minutes before or after teeth brushing, before or after storytime, or at another point in your bedtime routine.
